Cancellation Policy

At Streetlooms, managed by Premag Innovations we prioritize making your shopping journey convenient and transparent. Throughout this policy, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” represent Premag Innovations while “you,” “your,” and “user” denote our customers. We acknowledge that purchasing decisions may change, and this policy outlines how cancellations can be made.

Cancelling Orders Before Dispatch

An order may be cancelled either within 24 hours of placement or prior to it being shipped, whichever happens first. To request a cancellation, kindly connect with our customer care team via email. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Orders in Transit

Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. However, once the delivery is completed, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Orders

We do not facilitate modifications to items or addresses after an order is placed. To make adjustments, you must cancel the order (if still eligible) and then place a new one.
