Return and Refund Policy 

At Streetlooms, managed by Premag Innovations we prioritize offering every customer a reliable and stress-free shopping journey. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Premag Innovations while “you,” “your,” and “user” denote customers using Streetlooms. By purchasing from our platform, you consent to the guidelines below regarding returns and refunds. Should you need to send back an item, the terms outlined here will guide you through the process. 

Conditions for Return 
 

  • Items should remain unused, unwashed, and kept in their original state with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. 
     
  • The return must include all boxes, tags, and labels exactly as provided. 
     
  • Any product that has been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner will not qualify for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support within this timeframe to raise a request. 
     
  • Returns that fail to meet these standards will not be accepted. 

Steps to File a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 
Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return premaginnovations@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Evidence 
In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos highlighting the issue to help us process faster. 

Step 3: Follow Instructions 
Once your request is verified, our team will share the necessary return procedure with you. 

Note: Returns that do not satisfy the requirements may be declined. 

Refund Process and Duration 

After the returned item reaches us, our quality team will review it against the return conditions. You   will be notified whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is completed. 

Partial Refunds 

If an item only partly complies with return standards (for example, minor defects or packaging not included), we may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders 

If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or different from what you purchased, kindly raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos showing the problem via email so we can address it quickly.
