Yes, once your order is successfully confirmed, a confirmation email with your complete purchase summary and order ID will be sent to the Registered Mail ID.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags properly and intact. Damaged, worn, or mishandled items cannot be accepted for return.

Cancellations are allowed only before order processing begins. If it is already processed, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return if eligible.
