Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across all available pin codes within India. At present, we do not facilitate international deliveries.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days (excluding official holidays and weekends) once your purchase is confirmed. A confirmation email with complete details will be shared once the processing is finished.
Delivery Duration
Standard delivery usually requires 3–8 working days, allowing you to enjoy your chosen fashion products without unnecessary delay.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccurate address, absence of the recipient, or denial to accept the package, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may then place a request for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Should your package arrive damaged, kindly inform our support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear images as proof.
